Symptomatic control of acute pain or treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with an initial dose of 400 mg. Then add 200mg if needed on the next day and maintain at 200mg x 2 times/day. Gracox is contraindicated in the following cases:
Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug or hypersensitivity to sulphonamides. People with active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients with a history of diseases such as asthma, nasal polyps, acute rhinitis, neuritis, urticaria, hypersensitivity after taking acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The drug can cause side effects such as dizziness, blurred vision, hearing loss, so caution should be exercised when prescribing to drivers or operating machinery.

Co-administration of acetylsalicylic acid with other NSAIDs may increase the risk of peptic ulcer disease or other gastrointestinal complications compared with use alone.
