2. Dosage and administration of Levagim


Levagim is prepared in the form of film-coated tablets, for oral use. The drug should be taken with a full glass of water, which can be taken with or without meals. Levagim should not be taken at the same time with antacids containing aluminum and magnesium, drugs containing heavy metals such as iron, zinc, dicalcium, should be taken 2 hours before or after taking Levagim.

Skin and soft tissue infections: 500mg/time/day, 1-2 times daily, continuously for 7-14 days. For patients with renal failure with creatinine clearance less than 50ml/min, the dose should be reduced.
