2.1 How to use Multidex powder is as follows:
Removal of necrotic tissue (if any); Irrigate the ulcer with 0.9% physiological saline or other isotonic saline solution; Apply Multidex to the wound site (depending on shallow - deep ulcers); Cover the wound with a non-adhesive and airy bandage (to keep the ulcer clean). It should be replaced with 1 time / day for ulcers with little to moderate secretion, 2 times / day if the ulcer has a lot of discharge. 2.2 Dosage Dosage of Multidex powder is as follows:
For shallow ulcers: Apply a layer about 0.6cm thick on the entire surface of the ulcer; For deep ulcers: Apply Multidex powder to the ulcer to equal the surface of the skin. Note that the medicine should penetrate all corners of the ulcer.
