Ingredients:
Methocarbamol 750 mg Excipients just enough for 1 tablet (Excipients include: Crospovidone, magnesium stearate, avicel PH 102, colloidal silicon dioxide, opadry white 21K58794).

2.1 Indications Pain relief in cases of pain associated with musculoskeletal spasm, anywhere on the body, such as:
Acute and chronic pain due to muscle strain, sprain, whiplash syndrome, trauma, muscle inflammation. Pain and spasms associated with arthritis, torticollis, joint strains and sprains, bursitis, and lower back pain have a clear cause. 2.2 Dosage - How to use:
Take the drug with water or non-alcoholic beverages.
Dosage:
Use the drug carefully according to the doctor's instructions.
Take 1 tablet / time to 2 tablets (750mg) / time, 4 times a day. The recommended adult starting dose is 1 tablet (750mg) every 6 hours. Dosage must be adjusted according to age, severity of disease and tolerability of the drug. In severe cases can be used for 4-6 months.
The recommended dose for Methocarbamol is 3.2 g - 4.8 g/day.
Elderly patients: Elderly patients should take lower doses also for pain relief and muscle relaxation. Patients with liver and kidney disease: In these cases, the interval between two doses should be increased. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Warning

Methocarbamol may interact with the following drugs:
Barbiturates used to treat epilepsy or induce sleep. Anorexia medication for weight loss. Medicines for digestive disorders or anti-nausea drugs (anticholinergics). There are only a few side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, metallic taste, anorexia and gastrointestinal disturbances. Allergic reactions such as urticaria, pruritus, skin rash and conjunctivitis with nasal congestion may occur. Medicines can also make urine dark blue.
