1.2. What is Pauzin 500 used for? Pauzin-500 is indicated for use in the following cases:
Prevention and treatment of bleeding with excessive fibrinolysis: Short-term (from 2 to 8 days) during and after extraction teeth in patients with hemophilia, prostatectomy, cervicectomy, bladder surgery. Prevention of gastrointestinal bleeding, recurrent nosebleeds, bleeding after eye trauma. Bleeding in the mouth due to the use of thrombolytics or a blood clotting disorder. Short-term treatment of bleeding caused by excessive fibrinolysis: 2 to 3 tablets/time (or 15-25mg/kg body weight), 2 to 4 times a day. Support for hemostasis for people undergoing dental surgery with hemophilia: 25mg/kg body weight, 3 to 4 times a day, 1 day before surgery. Treatment of menorrhagia: 2-3 tablets/time, 3-4 times/day, for 4 consecutive days from the start of menstruation. Maximum dose is 8 tablets/day. Patients with hereditary angioedema: 2-3 tablets/time, 2 to 3 times a day. Hemostasis in nosebleeds: 2 tablets x 3 times daily for 7 days. Children:
Short-term treatment of bleeding due to excessive fibrinolysis, hereditary angioedema: 15-25mg/kg weight up to 3 tablets with children from 6 to 18 years old.
