Siqueira is manufactured and registered by Dat Vi Phu Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DAVIPHARM) - Vietnam. Siqueira's main ingredient is Arginin HCl, which is indicated in the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases.

Siqueria is a prescription drug, classified as gastrointestinal drugs. The active ingredient in Siqueria is arginine HCl. Dosage form: hard capsule, each capsule contains 500mg of arginine HCl and excipients just enough for 1 tablet. Packing form: Blister of 10 tablets, each box contains 6 blisters.

Pharmacodynamics: Arginin is an essential amino acid of the body, plays an important role in protein synthesis, urea cycle and is a source of raw materials in the formation of creatinine, polyamine, nitric oxide, L-glutamate, L-proline. Arginin has the effect of reducing blood ammonia. When urea formation is reduced, administration of arginine increases detoxification and excretion of ammonia in the form of citrullin or argino-succinic acid. Pharmacokinetics: After oral administration, arginine HCl is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and is metabolized to other metabolites including: ornithin, urea, citrullin, ammonia, guanidoacetic acid. Effects: Arginin participates in the urea cycle in the liver, so it has the ability to reduce blood ammonia levels in some liver diseases, enhance protein synthesis, and treat liver dysfunction. Combined use of arginine, aspartate, ornithine has the effect of detoxifying the liver, neutralizing excess ammonia, supporting the treatment of liver diseases such as cirrhosis, hepatitis, lowering cholesterol, anti-obesity, tanning. In addition, the combination of arginine with glutamine provides energy for the body through the detoxification mechanism of the muscles.

Siqueria drug is usually indicated in the following cases:
Hyperammonemia, citrullin blood, arginosuccinicuria. Indigestion disorder. Increase exercise capacity in patients with stable cardiovascular disease. Provide nutrition for patients with urea cycle disorders. Protect liver cells, reduce the possibility of liver failure. Prevention of cirrhosis and liver damage in alcoholics. Contraindications: Absolutely do not use in cases of allergy to any ingredient of the drug Siqueria.

Cyclosporin: The combination of cyclosporin and arginine reduces the effect of cyclosporin. Ibuprofen: Concomitant use with arginine will cancel the effect of ibuprofen.

Pregnant women. Children < 15 years old. Diarrhea. Gallstones . Diabetics or people on a low-carb diet. Do not use Siqueria when you notice that the drug shows signs of change in color, properties, no intact packaging, seals.
