Uses of the drug Genxanson

Genxanson skin cream is indicated for the treatment of fungal infections such as: vaginal yeast infections, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, ... The drug has a broad spectrum of treatment for many skin diseases combined.

Genxanson drug is formulated in the form of a skin cream with 3 main ingredients with the following uses:
Clotrimazol (100mg): Is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent of the Imidazol family, with bactericidal effect, against various types of skin fungi. such as: Skin fungus, nail fungus, cuticle fungus, Trichophyton,...; Gentamicin (10mg): Is a broad-spectrum Aminoside antibiotic, which helps against most strains of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Effective in the treatment of primary or secondary skin infections; Dexamethasone (5mg): Is a glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and immunosuppressive effects. Commonly used to treat skin disorders: dermatitis, atopic dermatitis,... With the above 3 ingredients, Genxanson is indicated for the following cases:
Treatment of ringworm, including : scalp fungus, nail fungus, impetigo, dermatitis caused by fungal infections, water on feet, ringworm, ringworm; Treatment of itchy skin and itchy mucous membranes (anus, vagina) caused by fungal infections, infections; Treatment for patients with acute and chronic dermatitis: Atopic dermatitis (Eczema), exfoliative dermatitis, urticaria, sores, seborrheic dermatitis (acne), contact dermatitis (bath) sunburn), dermatitis with swelling, infection,... Prophylactic treatment of infection caused by insect stings or minor skin burns.

How to use: Genxanson drug is prepared in the form of a cream, so patients use the drug by topical application. Before using the medicine, the hands and affected skin should be cleaned. Pat dry and apply a thin layer of medicine to the area to be treated.
Dosage: For patients with dermatitis, fungal infection or infection, apply 2-3 times a day.
Note:
Do not apply this medicine to the eye area, mucous membranes; Avoid dressing the wound.

In addition to the effects of the drug, patients treated with Genxanson may also experience unwanted effects such as:
Itching, irritation, redness of the skin where the medicine is applied; Urticaria , allergies; Dry skin, ichthyosis, hirsutism, skin rashes; Superficial dermatitis, skin atrophy;

Genxanson is contraindicated for people who are sensitive or allergic to any of its ingredients (especially Clotrimazol, Gentamicin, Dexamethasone). Do not give Genxanson to infants.
Be especially careful to use Genxanson for the following cases:
Pregnant women; Women who are breastfeeding their babies.

During use, Genxanson drug may compete with or interact with some drugs or products used at the same time on the skin. For example:
Chloramphenicol, Acetylcysteine, Magnesium,... reduces the therapeutic effect of the drug; Drugs Phenytoin , Ephedrine , Barbiturate , ... increase the clearance of active corticosteroids, so the effectiveness of the treatment will be reduced; Tacrolimus drug: Increase in dosage when liver transplant patients receive treatment and should consider reducing the dose.
