Insomnia accompanied by heart palpitations, throbbing pain is a sign of what disease?

Question
Hello doctor, I am 29 years old and have a history of low blood pressure since I was young. For almost 1 month now, I don't understand why I have insomnia, my limbs are often numb, and my heart is beating fast at 100, 110l/min. In addition, sometimes there is a heart attack, palpitations. I'm so worried I don't know what's wrong with me? Hoping to get help from a doctor.
I would like to thank you.

Hello.
There are many causes of insomnia, heart palpitations and heart palpitations such as: heart failure, anemia, hyperthyroidism, anxiety disorders, depression... Therefore, the doctor cannot give a conclusion. Accurately discuss your situation.
The doctor recommends that you visit a general practitioner: ask the patient carefully, perform the necessary clinical and paraclinical examination. Thereby, the general practitioner will assess whether you have heart failure, anemia, hyperthyroidism, psychological disorders or not? And will have a specific treatment plan or send you to the relevant specialist.
Thank you for submitting your question to Vinmec Health System. Best regards!
