Hello doctor. I often have pain from the back to the front of the chest, then spreading to the molars and temples. I usually treat it with oil and warm clothes, 15 minutes later is fine. Did the doctor say it was a sign of a heart attack?

Such pain is not the same as the typical pain of a heart attack: tightness in the back of the breast, spreading to the neck, chin, jaw, shoulders, hands. However, myocardial infarction can sometimes have atypical or even painless pain. At your age, you should have a cardiovascular check-up to detect cardiovascular diseases early, including coronary artery disease, if any.
