I am 23 years old post-Covid 2 months ago I went to the doctor and discovered 1/4 heart valve regurgitation with ethmoid sinusitis. I am often tired in the afternoon, have difficulty breathing and have transient dizziness, I measure my heart rate at rest, in the range of 65-75, there are times of heavy exercise such as playing football, when I inhale, I feel Pain in the left chest sometimes goes through the right chest. When I have trouble breathing, I use deep breathing exercises to ease the shortness of breath. Please ask the doctor if shortness of breath after Covid is a sign of heart valve regurgitation or asthma, I was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis a long time ago.
