What do blood pressure readings indicate?

When going to the doctor, the first person has a blood pressure reading of 80/102 mmhg and the second person has a blood pressure reading of 150/80 mm Hg. What does the index above indicate?

Blood pressure is expressed by two numbers: Systolic blood pressure (SBP - top number) and diastolic blood pressure (BPTr - bottom number).
For example blood pressure 120/70mmHg: 120 is systolic pressure, 70 is diastolic pressure.
According to the Vietnam Heart Association and the Vietnam Association of Hypertension (2018) Hypertension is diagnosed when the clinic blood pressure is measured with SBP ≥ 140mmHg and/or DBP ≥90mmHg.
The blood pressure numbers you mentioned could be 150/80mmHg and 180/102mmHg. If this is true, then you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure.
