28 weeks pregnant often epigastric pain, belching is a sign of what disease?

Question
Dear doctor. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant but I have epigastric pain, belching and sometimes diarrhea when eating and drinking strange foods. I have been very limited in eating strange foods and very careful in preparing food because I often have abdominal pain. May I ask if I have such a stomachache and how to treat it? Thank you very much doctor.

Hello! Epigastric pain, belching, often associated with reflux esophagitis, gastritis, and watery diarrhea are often associated with colon diseases. The treatment of these conditions in pregnant women is also challenging, because doctors must use oral contraceptives.
You should abstain from eating sour, spicy, greasy foods, foods and fruits that are too sweet, avoid alcohol, beer, cigarettes, reduce stress, eat right meals, eat lots of vegetables, fruits, fish vegetable protein, drink lots of water. You should register for a check-up at the internal medicine or gastroenterology clinic of the Vinmec Health System so that the doctor can examine and consult more closely.
Looking forward to meeting you and discussing more about your current health issue. Wish you always have good health.
