Can magnetic resonance imaging detect HP infection?

I often have acid reflux, or itchy hands and feet and sometimes bloody stools. So the doctor asked me if magnetic resonance imaging can detect HP infection? Is the liver affected and internal hemorrhoids? If I want to take a MRI scan once, can I check these 3 parts? Thank you doctor.

MRI scans mainly examine the morphology (image) of the organ and cannot survey the function of the organ. Therefore, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) cannot detect Hp infections, liver disease or internal hemorrhoids.
To detect HP, we can endoscopy with gastroscopy, breath for HP, stool test, ..
To see if the liver is affected, we can test liver enzymes, liver function, inflammatory markers. Viral liver disease, ... To detect internal hemorrhoids, find the cause of bleeding we have rectal or colonoscopy.
In case you often have itchy hands and calves, you may not have liver disease, you should check the worms to see how. Because when infected with parasites, there will be itching symptoms like you mentioned. Ideally, you should see a gastroenterologist and a dermatologist for better advice.
