Hello doctor! Today, August 16, 2020, I just slept at 2 a.m. before that I was dizzy and felt a bit cold, touching my forehead felt cool, my hands and feet were numb and shivering and felt a bit cold.
I woke up at 7:30 am feeling fine, but when I took a nap from sitting to lying position, I felt dizzy. I didn't lie down on a low pillow that had to be raised to feel comfortable, at 9:30 p.m. I bent down to pick up my things and felt terribly dizzy and sweaty. I had symptoms of dizziness 1 year ago, when I went to the doctor, the doctor said it was related to the stomach (I think I felt nauseous after eating). My current symptoms are the same, nausea and vomiting.
