Does having a bowel movement with bleeding mean hemorrhoids?

Hello doctor,
I have bloody stools with burning pain, about 10 years ago there was fresh blood with stools. Now it's dripping, especially when diarrhea (but not always bleeding), sometimes the stools are yellow, sometimes black. I don't have a stomach ache or anything. I also often drink alcohol to receive guests. So the doctor asked me if I had hemorrhoids when I had a bowel movement with bleeding? Thank you doctor.
