Hello doctor. I am a male, this year 26 years old, 1 week ago I went to a party and drank a lot of beer, the next morning I vomited blood (but a little). After that, I started having symptoms of burning and throbbing in my left chest from time to time, a feeling of loss of appetite, and frequent vomiting. Doctor please help me. Thank you doctor.

Hello. After drinking alcohol, burning and nausea may be caused by gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux disease. I abstain from drinking alcohol, limit hot spicy foods and can use some stomach acid neutralizing drugs such as Gastropulgite.
