Frequent insomnia accompanied by back pain, headache is what disease?

Ask
Hello doctor. I don't know how to describe my current medical condition, I always live in a state of stress and unfocused work. The mind always feels overloaded but does not want to share it with anyone. I feel like I'm just living with a bunch of thoughts in my head. This situation has followed me for a long time, probably since 2007 when I lost my father, I have lived a more secluded life, worse, in the past 2-3 years, my health is not very good, I often suffer from depression. backache, stomach ache and even headaches. I went to many doctors but the doctor said everything was normal, only found that my back pain was caused by a bulging disc. Currently I am still being treated for this disease and the worse thing is maybe in the last few months I find my health seems to be getting worse I am always stressed a lot often insomnia (I have been having trouble sleeping for about 3 years). 3 years ago, I used to sleep at 9-10pm and woke up around 00am - 2am and couldn't sleep until 5-6am before falling asleep again). On average, I only sleep for about 4-5 hours a day, one thing I have not shared with the doctor is that since Tet to today I have wet the bed twice (I dreamed and it came true). However, this has never happened before. Right now, I'm very confused and don't know what to do. I hope the doctor will save me.

Answer
Hi, according to your symptoms and circumstances, you may have a mental disorder after a traumatic event (father's death). Therefore, you need to see a psychologist to be specifically assessed your medical condition, coordinate with other specialties if necessary, and come up with an appropriate treatment plan. He needs to see a doctor soon because his condition, if prolonged, will increasingly affect his health and quality of life as well as the disease will be difficult to treat.
