Hello,
To the question "Is it dangerous to have a headache or loss of smell after falling from a car?", the doctor would like to answer as follows:
Head trauma occurs due to trauma to the scalp, skull or brain. Head injuries are classified as closed, without cuts or lacerations in the skin, or penetrating, in which the skin or bones of the skull are broken. Traumatic brain injuries range in severity from mild (called mild traumatic brain injury) to severe. After a head injury, there are 7 signs that need immediate re-examination. It is unusual for you to have headaches and loss of smell. You need to re-examine for the doctor to diagnose and give appropriate indications.
If you still have questions about headaches, loss of sense of smell after falling from a car, you can go to the hospital of Vinmec Health System for further examination and advice. Thank you for trusting and sending questions to Vinmec. Wishing you lots of health.
