How should vitamin D3, K2 and probiotics be supplemented for children?

Ask
Hello doctor!
Currently on the market there are vitamin D3 combined with K2, for example, product D3 K2/MK7 of Sunday Natural Germany with ingredients in 1 drop is equivalent to D3-200IE and K2-15ug. As far as I know, D3 transports calcium into the blood and K2 transports calcium from the blood to the bones, right? So let me ask my baby 3 days old (born by caesarean section on 11/2/2020), should I choose the vitamin D3 combined with K2 mentioned above? And how many drops a day is enough for the baby to use?
On the other hand, there is also a D3 product that combines Swedish Bigaia Semper probiotics, 5 drops per day for babies. Should I choose such a vitamin D3 combination? And in what cases is probiotics used for babies?
Probiotics Biogaia Protectis Vietnam recommends taking preventive supplements for newborns as soon as possible and continuously daily for the first 3 years of baby's life to increase resistance and complete immune system. right? While I refer to some countries that have Bigaia / Biogaia products, they only recommend it when the child's digestive system has problems? Please help me with the above questions. Thank you

Hello!
Vitamin K2 according to studies that show it helps direct calcium from the blood into the bones better, only studies on adults and children. In the first week of life, there is often vitamin K deficiency due to immature liver function and low amount of vitamin K crossing the placenta, so there is a risk of bleeding. It is therefore routine for infants to be given Vitamin K1. The use of Vitamin K2 has not been officially recommended for use in infants, so it should only be used when prescribed by a doctor in specific cases.
Full-term infants can be supplemented with vitamin D3 from 1 month of age. Premature babies are supplemented at birth. Recommended dosage 400 - 800 UI.
Biogaia probiotics are indicated for use in infants in the following cases:
Crying (colic). Support treatment of digestive disorders (constipation, vomiting, diarrhea). Prophylaxis of digestive disorders caused by antibiotic use. Support to increase resistance. Currently, there is no recommendation for continuous continuous use for 3 years, according to WHO, it does not recommend the use of probiotics for all infants.
