Hello doctor, I am 13 years old this year. About a week ago, I often had insomnia, my mother gave me lotus heart drink. After drinking it, I fell asleep, but I did not sleep deeply and about 1-2 hours later I woke up and I was very scared, couldn't sleep again. I'm afraid to sleep at night. So the doctor asked me, is there a way to reduce stress and sleep better? My mom said it's easier to fall asleep holding the phone down, is that true?
