Menstrual irregularities during puberty affect future pregnancy?

Question
I had my period last year but it was irregular, every 2-3 months it happens only once, will that affect my future pregnancy? I am very afraid that I will not be able to get pregnant in the future, so I asked the doctor to help me and show me how to adjust my menstrual cycle to occur every month. Thank you!

Hello! Currently, I am 15 years old, going through puberty, so the endocrine system and ovarian activity are not stable, leading to menstrual disorders is normal, it only appears in the first 2-3 years of menstruation and gradually improves. However, if this condition does not improve after 2-3 years from the start of menstruation, you should go to a reputable medical facility for examination and advice.
