Treatment of thyroid nodules at Vinmec

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from hyperthyroidism since 2017, the treatment has not yet been cured, I take Thyzol as prescribed by the doctor. I recently had an enlarged thyroid goiter. Health is very poor now, limbs can no longer function as usual, loss of appetite and insomnia. Please give me your opinion on the next treatment method, does Vinmec have a department specializing in treating hyperthyroidism? Thank you doctor!
