In addition, babies who cry a lot are more likely to quit breastfeeding early and often have to go to the hospital. Children can also be affected to health if family members shake a lot or give themselves an overdose of anti-reflux medicine.

Although there have been many studies on this problem, the real cause has not been determined. There are several theories to explain why babies cry a lot:

Infantile spasmodic crying is easily confused with other causes from common to less common such as: swallowing foreign objects, corneal abrasions (due to foreign objects falling in), hairs (threads) Wrapping toes and fingers causes pain, strangulated hernia, testicular torsion, acute otitis media, intussusception in children, sepsis, poisoning, cow's milk protein allergy, constipation, abdominal distension due to overfeeding or not drinking. burp... Therefore, parents should not self-diagnose and self-treat when their baby is persistently fussy, instead should take the child to see a pediatrician for proper support. The diagnosis of Colic should only be considered after other common causes have been excluded.
Therefore, parents should not self-diagnose when the baby is fussy, but should take the child to the pediatrician to be examined to check for diseases that cause colic or discomfort in young children. The diagnosis of colic is thought of only when other causes have been ruled out.
