However, Auclanityl may be contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, or a history of jaundice, liver dysfunction, allergy to the beta lactamase group.

Auclanityl is used by calculating the amoxicillin content in the drug. For adults and children over 40kg, use Auclanityl according to the recommended strength of 1 tablet corresponding to 500mg in one time and take the medicine 8 hours apart.
For elderly subjects, there is no need to adjust the above dose unless the person has a creatinine clearance of less than 30ml/min
For the treatment of renal failure
