Drug ingredients:
Adefovir dipivoxil: This is an antiviral, nucleoside and nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Banfovir Unfilm-Coated Tablet is indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults in cases of:
Compensated liver disease with evidence of active viral replication, with a long-term increase in alanine levels serum aminotransferase (ALT) and histological evidence of inflammation, advanced cirrhosis. Decompensated liver disease when combined with a second agent that is not cross-resistant to adefovir.

How to use:
Use directly orally. Drugs for adults and not for children under 18 years of age Dosage:
Adults with good kidney function: 10mg x 1 time/day. Patients with renal impairment: Reduce dose. The interval between doses varies according to the patient's creatinine clearance (CC): Creatinine clearance ≥ 50 ml/min: 10 mg once daily. Creatinine clearance 30-49ml/min: 10mg every 48 hours Creatinine clearance 10-29ml/min: 10mg every 72 hours. Patients on hemodialysis: 10mg every 7 days after dialysis.
