2.1 Dosage: For children over 12 years old: Start dose with Misenbo 62.5mg x 2 times/day. If the child weighs less than 40kg, the starting dose and maintenance dose is 62.5mg x 2 times/day;
For children: The recommended dose for children from 1 month to 12 years is:
Weight 10 - 20 kg: Initial dose is 31.25 mg/time/day, after 4 weeks can be increased up to the maintenance dose of 31.25mg x 2 times/day; Weight from 20 to 40 kg: The starting dose is 31.25 mg x 2 times/day, after 4 weeks can be increased to a maintenance dose of 62.5 mg x 2 times/day; Weight over 40 kg: Initial dose is 62.5 mg x 2 times/day, after 4 weeks can be increased to maintenance dose 125 mg x 2 times/day. For patients with renal impairment: No dosage adjustment is required.

2.2 How to use: Bosentan tablets must be taken in the morning and afternoon, can be taken with or without food.
