Cases of rheumatic disorders: Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile chronic arthritis. Cases of collagen disease/arteritis: Systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic dermatomyositis (polymyositis), giant cell arteritis, rheumatic fever with severe heart inflammation, polymyalgia rheumatica. Case of dermatological diseases: Pemphigus vulgaris. 2. Dosage of the drug Metravilon

In case of lupus erythematosus: dose 20-100mg/day. Acute rheumatic fever: 48 mg/day until ESR is normal for one week. In case of allergies: dose 12-40mg/day. Asthma maximum dose 64mg/day x 1 single dose In case of ophthalmic diseases: Dose 12-40mg/day. In case of hematological disorders, granulomatous leukemia, malignant lymphoma: 16-100mg/day. In case of ulcerative colitis: dose 16-60mg/day. In case of pulmonary sarcoid disease: dose 32-48mg every other day. In case of organ transplant: The dose can be up to 3.6mg/kg/day.

Do not use Metravilon in the following cases:
