Pharmacokinetics of the active ingredient: Neomycin is poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and due to its high toxicity to the kidneys and auditory nerves, it is mainly used in addition to local treatment. The drug Nemicollyre is often combined with bacitracin, polymyxin or oral to kill aerobic bacteria in the intestine in preparation for digestive surgery. Drug distribution is less bound to plasma proteins and diffuses mainly into the extracellular fluid. The drug is excreted mainly through the urine.

Treatment of eye diseases, specifically: conjunctivitis, eyelid inflammation, lacrimal sac inflammation, keratitis.

Treatment of ear diseases: Leave the solution in contact with the ear for a few minutes, wash twice a day. You should not use pressure to inject medication into the ear. If you use Nemicollyre for more than 10 days, you should re-examine.
