Co-administration of Pecaldex with thiazide, loperamide, ciprofloxacin, clothalidon, anticonvulsant drugs inhibits renal calcium excretion, increasing the risk of urinary tract stones. When co-administered tetracyclines are reduced absorption.
Do not use Pecaldex with Glycoside digitalis drugs due to increased cardiotoxicity.
