1. What is Rocimus 0.1%?

Packing: Each box contains 1 tube of 10g.
Dosage form: Skin ointment.

Tacrolimus 0.1%. Excipients (Parafin, beeswax, Propylene Carbonate,...) just enough for 1 tube of 10g.

Effects of Tacrolimus:
Tacrolimus is a substance that inhibits T lymphocytes by binding to intracellular proteins. From there, forming complexes that prevent dephosphorylation and prevent the translocation of NF-AT (the component that initiates the transcription of genes for Lymphokines synthesis). In addition, Tacrolimus helps prevent the release of inflammatory mediators.
Indications:
The drug is used in the following cases:

How to use:

Very common : Hot, itchy at the application site.
Common:

Rare : Acne .

Contraindications:
Rocimus 0.1% should not be used for the following subjects:
People with a history of allergy to any ingredient of the drug. Hypersensitivity to macrolides. Use for pregnant women and lactating mothers:
For pregnant women: The drug crosses the placental barrier and safety has not yet been established for this population. Therefore, caution should be exercised during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before use.
For nursing mothers : The drug may be excreted in breast milk. Should only be used when the potential benefits outweigh the possible risks. Consult your doctor before use.
People who drive and operate machinery
It is not known whether the drug is safe for driving and operating machinery. Care should be taken when using.
Other note:
Only use the medicine according to the doctor's prescription. The safety of use in children under 2 years of age is unknown. Limit skin exposure to sunlight, wear sunscreen or wear tight clothing. It is necessary to treat the infection at the site of the lesion before administering the drug. Sealing after application is not recommended. Safety for use in people with systemic erythema has not been established. If accidentally applied to the eyes or mucous membranes, it should be wiped clean and rinsed with water. Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.

5. Drug interactions


No interaction of Rocimus 0.1% with other drugs has been found. Due to the risk of vaccination, vaccination should be given prior to administration or during discontinuation with a 14-day interval. If using live attenuated vaccines, the interval should be up to 28 days or replace with another vaccine.
