A sterile cotton swab moistened with a few drops of Auroto may be used and gently placed in the ear canal for no more than 5-10 minutes to prevent the medication from leaking out. You should wipe the tip of the dropper with a clean paper towel, then close the container. Dosage of Auroto will be different for different patients. Use the medication as directed and directed by your doctor or as directed on the label.
Reference Auroto dosage for adults and children is as follows:
Ear pain caused by infection: Use enough Auroto to fill the entire ear canal every 1-2 hours until the pain subsides. To soften earwax: Use enough Auroto to fill the entire ear canal 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days. If you miss a dose of Auroto, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and use your next dose at your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.

Stop using Auroto immediately if any abnormality occurs. Talk to your doctor if any of the following effects continue to occur or are bothersome to you:
