Dosage to prevent motion sickness: Adults take 25mg 2 hours before boarding the train, then repeat the dose of 15mg every 8 hours (if necessary). Children 5-12 years old: dose equal to 1⁄2 adult dose Dosage for vestibular disorders: adults take 30 mg/time x 3 times/day.
