2. Contraindications of the drug Zaclid

3. Usage and dosage of the drug Zaclid

Peptic ulcer disease with Hebicobacter pylori: In triple combination therapy with amoxicillin and clarithromycin, the usual dose is 20mg twice daily for 1 week or 40mg once daily for 10 days.
For treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: initial dose of 40 mg once daily, then adjusted according to response.
