Cefditoren is contraindicated in the following cases:
Hypersensitivity to Cefditoren, other Cephalosporins or excipients of the drug; Carnitin deficiency, congenital metabolic disorder leading to clinical carnitin deficiency; Hypersensitivity to milk proteins; Children under 12 years old.

Patients with hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment is required for patients with mild and moderate hepatic impairment.
