Heart palpitations with dull chest pain are symptoms of what disease?

Ask
Hello doctor. About a month ago, she started to have symptoms such as a very fast heart, pounding in her chest, and a loss in her neck and chest. At that time, I measured my blood pressure, all 3 times my blood pressure was normal, but my heart rate was irregular. Since then, even though I don't have heart palpitations anymore, I still have a feeling of loss and tightness in my chest and neck. In addition, I also have a dull pain in the chest, gradually spreading to the left, to the armpit, and then to the back. And the pain in my chest makes me sometimes dry cough. In particular, when hungry, the above symptoms are more severe, accompanied by shortness of breath. Only when I eat and drink enough, the feeling of shortness of breath and chest tightness will decrease.
Doctor, I'm very worried about whether I have heart disease? Because this situation has lasted for 1 month now, moreover, since the onset of the above symptoms, even a small sound will startle me and make my heart skip a beat. Or every time I fall asleep, I get a shock on a part of my body that makes me lose sleep seriously.
In June 2019 I had a cardiology examination at a central hospital, I had an electrocardiogram and an ultrasound blood test. The doctor concluded that the sinus rhythm was slow but there was no problem. However, now I have the above symptoms again, so what disease do I have?
I would like to thank you.

Hello Hai Binh,
According to the signs as you describe, you can rest assured not to worry because this is not an acute condition. When you have such a feeling of depression and anxiety, you are more likely to have an arrhythmia. Furthermore, you have a sharp pain on the left side, usually on an empty stomach, this may be related to a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. These manifestations may involve both the gastrointestinal tract and the cardiovascular system, or only symptoms in either of these organs. So first of all, you should eat enough meals, not too full, abstain from bitterness, do not use beer, wine, and coffee. In addition, you should arrange to see a Cardiologist at medical facilities of Vinmec Health System nationwide to accurately determine your problem.
Thank you for submitting your question to Vinmec Health System. Best regards!
