Than Thi Trang Uyen, PhD has joined Vinmec since 2017 as a Researcher in VRISG. She has 16 years of experience in cytology and 7 years of experience in wound healing. She obtained her PhD in Biomedical Sciences in Australia (2017) focusing on exosomes released by epidermal skin cells. Currently, her research interests are in biology of exosomes and the clinical application of exosomes from mesenchymal stem for disease treatment. Additionally, she is interested in developing cancer markers from liquid biopsy.
