After graduating as a General doctor from Hai Phong medical university, Dr Vuong had 2 years studying for microbiologist master at Kanazawa University, Japan. She had been a lecturer at Microbiology department at Hai phong medical university for 8 years. She has been attended Continuing Medical Education at National Hospital for tropical diseases for Laboratory Quality Management System and Quality Assurance in medical laboratory.
