I have a dull pain under my right flank. When it hurts, I'm so tired, I can't work. I had a general examination, abdominal ultrasound, blood test, lung scan, echocardiogram, CT scan. The results are no problem. Gastroscopy showed antral congestive inflammation. But my stomach doesn't have heartburn, belching is only slightly hot but deviated to the right side. So the doctor told me the dull pain under the right ribs is a sign of what disease? Do I have liver disease? I took stomach medicine but still hurt and very tired. Thank you.
