I was infected with HP virus and then had a re-examination with a negative breath test, now I am being treated for gastritis. I have taken anti-bacterial drugs for antral conjunctivitis, which has lost its mildness. But recently, I took medicine for gastritis and still have symptoms of lying down with a heavy stomach. I have gas and bloating, but no cramping pain. The doctor asked me if it's okay to have flatulence when taking HP medication? Should I have an endoscopy? Thank you.
