Why does a urinary tract infection not go away with medication?

I am having pain in my right hip area, since last night until now I feel more throbbing. I don't have any fever, but lying on my right side feels pain, when I tighten my stomach, I also feel pain when I twist my body. A month and a half ago, I went to the doctor and found out that I had a urinary tract infection. The doctor prescribed Domitazol to take 7 days, 3 times a day, 1 tablet. After taking it for 7 days, I still felt pain in my urine, so I went to the store to buy more. They say that Domitazol has to be taken twice to be correct. I took it for 5 more days, the day before yesterday I stopped taking it. Yesterday, I had a condition in my right hip, above my navel, I still felt hot when urinating, but very little or not much. May I ask if this condition is usually caused by a urinary tract infection that has not healed or is there a risk of appendicitis?

If you still have symptoms, you need to see a urologist for a more detailed assessment (including ultrasound to assess kidney stones or fluid retention) ). Chances are you have appendicitis not high.
