Adults with a creatinine clearance of 90 ml/min or Fexofenadine 60 mg/time/day. Children 6 months to 2 years of age with a creatinine clearance of 90 ml/min or 15 mg/time/day. Children from 2 years to 11 years old: with a creatinine clearance of 90ml/min or fexofenadine 30mg/time/day.
