The heart, like every other organ in the body, needs a blood supply. The coronary arteries are the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart. Jasugrel® has the active ingredient prasugrel. It is an anti-thrombotic drug that acts on platelets. After a period of treatment, the doctor can change 1 of these 2 drugs or reduce 1 drug. Any changes in this anti-embolism duo are determined by your doctor. Patients are not allowed to stop or change their medication on their own and need to have regular follow-up appointments to adjust the medication.

Jasugrel® 90mg is used twice a day, should be taken at a fixed time of the day to avoid forgetting. Meals do not affect the effect of the drug, so patients can take the drug before or after meals.
Jasugrel® 90mg should be taken at regular intervals every day. If you forget a dose and remember within 8 hours of the time of forgetting, take it as soon as you remember. If the patient remembers later, it is almost time for the next dose, the patient should skip the missed dose and take the next dose as usual. Do not take 2 doses at the same time to make up for the missed dose. Note: the medicine should be kept in the original packaging until use to avoid moisture.

All antiembolic drugs increase the risk of bleeding. Some manifestations of light bleeding such as bruising under the skin, bleeding gums ... may occur. Talk to your doctor about these symptoms at your next visit. In case of more severe bleeding such as bleeding that cannot be stopped, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, vomiting blood, black stools, etc., it is necessary to notify the doctor immediately.
You also need to talk to or tell your healthcare provider that you are taking Jasugrel ® when you are going to need surgery, procedures with a risk of bleeding, including tooth extraction, or when you start a sport sports with a high risk of bleeding. You should tell your doctor when you need to take other medications for any reason. Avoid arbitrarily long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, ketorolac, aspirin... A safer option for acute pain relief is paracetamol at a dose not exceeding 3000mg/day (when there is no monitoring of the patient). medical staff).
