Paracetamol 500mg; Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15mg Paracetamol is the active metabolite of Phenacetin, it has antipyretic and analgesic effects. The drug achieves its effect by inhibiting the biosynthesis of prostaglandins. Paracetamol only has the effect of lowering body temperature when there is a fever, and rarely lowers body temperature in normal people. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is commonly used in combination with other agents in the treatment of upper respiratory tract symptoms. This active ingredient has no expectorant effect.

Drinking alcohol while using Trianic-night will increase the sedative effect of the drug. Using Trianic-night with MAOIs, antidepressants, SSRIs increases the risk of Serotonin syndrome leading to changes in mental status, tremors, tremors, myoclonic tremor, and increased blood pressure. pressure, hyperreflexia, restlessness, sweating.
