2.1. Uses of Acenocoumarol As a vitamin K antagonist, has indirect anticoagulant effect. Mechanism of action: Inhibits the synthesis of active forms of many clotting factors (factors II, VII, IX, X). After oral administration, the drug reduces prothrombin in the blood within 36-72 hours. When stopping taking the drug, the anticoagulant effect can still last for 2-3 days. 2.2. Indications of the drug Vincerol 1mg Vincerol 1mg drug is usually indicated in cases of heart disease causing thrombosis, thrombosis prevention,... Vincerol 1mg drug is used for the following cases:
Prevention of thromboembolic complications Obstruction due to: + Heart disease causing blockage of blood vessels: Atrial fibrillation, mitral regurgitation, prosthetic valve.
+ Myocardial infarction has complications such as severe left ventricular dysfunction, heart wall clots, left ventricular dysrhythmias causing embolism when receiving Heparin replacement therapy.
