Indications
Wongel Suspension 10ml is indicated for use in the following cases:
Indications for the treatment of acute - chronic pain in gastritis, duodenal ulcer, esophagitis and abdominal pain due to indigestion, in X-ray. What to do if you miss a dose?

Contraindications
Wongel Suspension 10ml is contraindicated in the following cases:
Do not use this medicine in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. It's not suitable for children. Precautions for use
Use this medicine with caution in patients taking other medications. Use with caution in patients with a history of hypermagnesaemia or magnesium deficiency. This drug should not be used in patients with colonic stenosis and acute appendicitis. When magnesium-containing antacids are administered to patients with mild to moderate renal impairment, careful monitoring is recommended because of the risk of hypermagnesaemia. Caution should be exercised as aluminum can accumulate in the nervous and skeletal systems. Follow the correct dosage and administration. When taking the drug should swallow quickly, avoid holding the medicine in the mouth. This suspension has an analgesic effect thanks to the mechanism of coating the damaged mucosa, so it is not recommended to drink any drinks after taking the medicine. The drug may impair concentration and cause drowsiness, dizziness, and fatigue.
Pregnancy
Wongel suspension should not be used during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Lactation
It is not known whether the drug is excreted in human milk.

The rate and extent of renal reabsorption of many drugs may be increased or decreased when they are co-administered with aluminum-containing antacids. Therefore, if a combination is required, the other drugs should not be taken for 1 to 2 hours after taking Wongel suspension.
Clinically, the following drugs will be increased renal reabsorption when co-administered with Wongel suspension: Acetylsalicylic acid, naproxen, metoprolol, levodopa.
Clinically, the following drugs will be reduced renal reabsorption when co-administered with Wongel suspension: Tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, chenodeoxycholic acid, Sodium fluoride, enoxacin, norfloxacin, levothyroxine, coumarin derivatives.
The renal reabsorption of the following drugs will be altered when co-administered with Wongel suspension: Digoxin, captopril, cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, theophylline, propranolol, atenolol, ferrous sulfate, chlorpromazine, isoniazid...
Storage
