MSc, MD Dr. Bui Minh Duc is currently working in the Department of Outpatient and Internal Medicine at Vinmec Smart City International Hospital. 

With many years of experience in the field of endocrinology, Dr. Duc carries out diagnosis, prescribing, and long-term management of endocrine patients with dedication and effectiveness. He is an active member of the Vietnam Endocrinology and Diabetes Association and the Hanoi Endocrinology and Diabetes Association. 

Dr. Duc graduated from Hanoi Medical University in 1990 and earned his Master’s degree in Medicine from the same university in 2003. He also undertook residency training at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris, France, from 2001 to 2002. Before joining Vinmec, he served as an endocrinologist and diabetes specialist at Bach Mai Hospital from 1992 to 2011, during which he held the position of Deputy Head of the Endocrinology Department and taught at Hanoi University of Pharmacy. 

At Vinmec, he has held roles such as Head of the Endocrinology Unit and Head of the General Internal Medicine Department. Throughout his career, he has contributed to research and publications such as “Endocrine disease trends over 1991–1995 at Bach Mai Hospital’s Endocrinology Department” and “Study on diabetic foot ulceration in diabetic patients,” and participated in stem cell research for treating type 2 diabetes. His contributions in clinical care, research, and teaching have earned him numerous commendations and positive recognition from both the medical community and patients.
