Level I Specialist Doctor Dam Thi Quynh is a Pediatrician – Neonatologist with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of child and infant healthcare. She completed her General Practitioner training at Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy (2000–2006), followed by a Pediatrics Orientation course at Hanoi Medical University (2008–2009), and completed the Level I Specialist Doctor program in Pediatrics at Hanoi Medical University (2012–2014). 

Dr. Quynh has many years of experience working at Saint Paul General Hospital, serving in the Neonatal Department and General Pediatrics Department from 2007 to 2018. Since July 2018, Dr. Dam Thi Quynh has been working in the Neonatal Department, Pediatric Center – Vinmec Times City International Hospital. The doctor specializes in the intensive treatment of newborn conditions such as respiratory failure, pneumonia, prematurity, jaundice, neonatal infection, neonatal hypoglycemia, and neonatal seizures. She is a member of the Hanoi Pediatric Association.
