Dr. Ngoan graduated with a Medical Doctor degree from Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy, then completed the Residency program and obtained Specialist Level I in Pediatrics. She has also participated in numerous advanced training programs at prestigious institutions both domestically and internationally, including Westmead Hospital, Australia, keeping her knowledge and skills up to date with the latest pediatric care techniques.
