Labor hero,Prof. PhD.Do Tat Cuong is an expert in the field of organ transplantation in Vietnam. Graduating from Hanoi Medical University in 1973, he pursued advanced postgraduate training in several countries, including the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, France, Cuba, Taiwan, Singapore, Austria, and Thailand. Before joining Vinmec, he served as the Deputy Director of the 103 Military Hospital under the Vietnam Military Medical Academy, where he made significant contributions to the fields of intensive care, emergency medicine, and medical education.
In addition to his clinical practice, Prof. Dr. Do Tat Cuong is a highly accomplished medical researcher, having authored more than 70 scientific papers published domestically and internationally, led 20 national and ministerial-level research projects, and contributed to 12 specialized textbooks and reference materials for undergraduate and postgraduate medical training. He has also participated in and presented at over 30 international scientific conferences, helping advance Vietnamese medicine toward a modern, globally integrated, and humanistic direction.
