Doctor of Level II Specialization (CKII) Duong Thanh Long has many years of experience in examining and treating pediatric patients. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City (class of 1991–1997) and, upon graduation, began working in the Pediatrics Department at An Giang General Hospital. In 2005, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Pediatrics Department, where he managed and provided emergency and intensive care for critically ill pediatric cases such as severe dengue shock, septic shock, neonatal sepsis, neonatal respiratory failure, severe pneumonia, drowning, and severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease.

With many years of experience in cardiology, Dr. Long has been involved in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of cardiac conditions, always prioritizing patient safety and treatment effectiveness. He holds a medical degree and has completed advanced training programs in cardiology. Throughout his career, he has worked at various medical institutions across Vietnam, participated in multiple research projects and clinical trials related to heart diseases. He is also the author or co-author of articles published in national and international medical journals, contributing to the dissemination of medical knowledge within the professional community.

Dr. Long’s services include the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as valvular heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, congenital heart disease, pre- and post-operative cardiac care, and performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography for accurate diagnosis. He has received several recognitions for his contributions in hospital performance evaluations and has actively participated in cardiology conferences both in Vietnam and abroad. As a member of several professional associations, he continually updates his medical knowledge and shares experience with colleagues in the cardiology field. With his dedication and solid expertise, Dr. Long is highly trusted by both patients and peers.
